Factory Leather Ball Reel Shoot

I need a filmmaker who can spend a day inside a leather-ball factory in Meerut and craft a short narrative reel that walks viewers through every stage of production. The story should open on raw hide selection, move through cork-core prep, shaping and tight hand-stitching, then finish with polishing, quality checks, and the final satisfying bounce test.

Because I want it to feel personal, please weave in brief on-camera comments from a couple of workers explaining what makes each step special. These sound bites will form the spine of the narrative; no external voice-over is required beyond natural factory ambience.

Deliverables
• 45-60 sec finished reel (vertical, 1080×1920, ready for Instagram/Reels)
• Clean mix of interview audio and ambient sound, colour-graded and lightly captioned
• A separate folder with the best raw clips (ProRes or high-bitrate MP4)

Acceptance
The reel must clearly show:
1. Raw material preparation with visible hide stacks and cork core.
2. Close-ups of shaping, hand-stitching, and tightening.
3. Final polish, weight check, and bounce test under quality-control lighting.
4. At least two worker quotes that advance the story.
