Corporate Event Highlight Reel Production
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
My upcoming corporate event will run for roughly two to three hours, and I want its energy distilled into a punchy, 60-second reel. You’ll be on-site to capture the main action, paying close attention to those lively sessions that bring the room to life.
Here’s what I need from start to finish:
• On-location filming for the full program window (arrive a little early for setup).
• Dynamic footage of all key moments—stage remarks, crowd reactions, activity segments
• Post-production that turns the best clips into a fast-paced, one-minute edit: tight cuts, upbeat royalty-free music, clean color grade, and captions or quick supers where they add impact.
Delivery: Final reel in 1080p (4K welcome if you shoot it), plus trimmed source clips for my archive. First draft within three days of the event, with a round of minor revisions included.
If you own reliable cameras, gimbals, and lighting and can showcase past high-energy edits, I’d love to lock in the date with you.
