I need someone to produce short film videos

I have short-film video pages and channels, I need a production company or someone from the audiovisual area to build a team and record short-film videos.
The videos are similar to the channel's videos: Dhar Mann Portuguese

The objective of the project is to find someone who has a team or who can assemble a team to produce short films.
