Short Film Production Support

I’m Michael, working on a low-budget short film here in Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu. The script is in its early draft and I already have a small crew lined up, but I need someone who can take charge of production management so the ideas on paper actually make it to screen without blowing the budget.

You’ll keep us on schedule, refine the cost sheet, lock locations, manage call-sheets, and coordinate with our director, writer, and editor. Because funds are tight, creative problem-solving—stretching every rupee, negotiating rentals, arranging guerrilla-friendly shoots—is just as important as the paperwork.

I’m flexible on tools, though I’m already using Google Workspace and Celtx; if you prefer Movie Magic or StudioBinder, that’s fine as long as everything is shared clearly with the team.
