Production Assistant Needed For A Short Film (Singapore Only)

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Production Assistant to support the production team throughout the filming process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in film production, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Pre-Production:
* Assist with organizing and setting up pre-production meetings.
* Help coordinate location scouting and secure necessary permits.
* Assist with scheduling and coordinating cast and crew.
* Aid in the preparation and distribution of call sheets.
* Production:
* Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment on set.
* Support the production team with various tasks, including managing props, wardrobe, and set dressing.
* Coordinate meals and refreshments for cast and crew.
* Help maintain a clean and organized set.
* Assist with transportation of cast, crew, and equipment as needed.
* Provide support to the director, producers, and other department heads as required.
* Post-Production:
* Assist with the organization and logging of footage.
* Support the post-production team with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Production Assistant in film production.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
* Basic knowledge of film production equipment and processes.
* Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
* A positive attitude and willingness to take on various tasks as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Degree or diploma in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field (Optional)
* Experience working on short films or independent film projects.
* Knowledge of safety protocols on set.
