Movie/Music Production Research

I would like legal advice on starting a movie production company and producing movies. I am in the process of starting a production company. However, I am not aware of all the legal aspects of starting a production company, especially movies.

I have started slowly setting up my company. I have the LLC registered and I am in the process of opening a business bank account. The company will be based in Mississippi.

I guess the main thing I need help with is understanding the process of making movies, such as hiring a script writer and other talent, receiving financing, approaching investors, etc.
