Impact Documentary on Air Pollution in Punjab

We are an NGO working in environmental health awareness, and we’re looking for a video editor who can create a 6–10 minute impact film from our recent grassroots campaign on stubble burning.

You’ll be working with real on-ground footage (photos and videos) — farms, villages, stubble burning sites, interviews, testimonials, and natural b-roll.
(The footage is authentic field documentation, not studio-level production, so we need an editor who can elevate what’s available through strong storytelling and smart editing.)

Your Role:

✔ Shape the full story narrative
✔ Edit and structure documentary-style content
✔ Add subtitles (Hindi + English)
✔ Use data cards and graphic inserts
✔ Improve pacing, colour, and sound
✔ Create an emotionally resonant, polished film

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in NGO, documentary, or development-sector films
Skilled with field footage (handheld, natural light, ambient sound)
Strong storytelling instincts

Deliverables:

6–10 min final film
1 short social cut
