Customer Support Live Chat

Hello there,
I am looking for a dedicated customer support person who loves the topic of customer satisfaction, communication and also has already some experience in this field.
Your job will be to support/guide the customer through a live chat, if any question comes up. Also, you should have some skills in closing people, as many customers will ask for a custom offer and more information about the products we offer.
You need to:
- Have experience with Customer Service (Especially Live Chat!)
- Know how to handle requests and work in a team
- Be able to work on demand
You will be splitting time with another team member, so it is important that you are able to communicate!
Please include in your proposal:
- How long you have been doing this type of job
- What kind of jobs you did before (that are similar to this)
- How many other jobs you currently have
