cURL in FileMaker using Insert as URL command to send combined HTML and Plain Text emails (with attachments)

Are you comfortable using cURL to send emails using the Insert From URL FileMaker script command? Do you know how to construct smtps:// addresses to achieve this aim?
The successful freelancer will receive a fully working and unlocked FileMaker database solution that can already send HTML as either plain text or HTML emails. So technically, you are 85 per cent of the way through. However, I need someone to tweak the solution to allow for simultaneous HTML and Plain Text sending of an email rather than just one or the other. This is the remaining 15 per cent that I will need your help with in getting this mixed message type to work.
The ability to choose "Plain Text", "HTML", or "Both" is important in the final solution. You will be working on the "Both" option in this project.
