Scrollable Checkbox List within Filemaker Pro

I would like to create a SCROLLABLE checkbox list within Filemaker Pro, using the Value List attached. If this cannot be created using the checkbox list feature. Then I would like to accomplish it using a different way, perhaps within a portal. Thank you.
