Rifle range booking system

We need a booking system for an 8 lane rifle range that is able to book in multiple people on a lane and store copies of their documentation, check the documents are within date, cross reference that their shooting club has registered and has currently insurance, and lastly that there is an available lane, and display the target/distance being shot that session

We assume there will be a database of shooters that contains individuals information and photos of the documents, a second database of club information and the booking system that cross references these and a database of available slots on the range
