Install Filemaker Pro on an AWS server

I have set up a new server with this configuration:,

AWS EC2 Instance t2 Large (minimum)
8GB RAM (minimum)
500GB Storage (minimum)
OS: Microsoft Windows Server 2019 Base (64-bit (x86))

...but now I need to follow these instructions: https://help.claris.com/en/server-installation-configuration-guide/content/installing-single-machine-windows-macos.html

I imagine the first thing I'd need to do is install a copy of windows so we can RDP into the instance - but I need help doing that
