Improve a Filemaker database that I built.

I have FileMaker database for client management, and issuance fo monthly mortgage bills to about 200 clients. I need to improve this such that I can hire an analyst to support me...and i) they will not be able to corrupt the dbase, ii) multiple persons can access at any given time, iii) possible available via iPhone app, iv) automatization of some form based communications.
