Filemaker Pro 3 Tables to CSV

I have a CD-ROM for Windows which have been generated with Filemaker Pro 3. It contains 3 tables with a USR extention.

I need this 3 files in CSV format with the keys that link the tables together.

I can provide the ISO for test.
