Custom FileMaker Pro Project

Looking for a custom application based on the attached table example. Will be used in Claris Cloud. Initial design is "exploratory" and doesn't need to be "pretty" but must be fully functional for extensive heavy testing on desktop, tablet and phone platforms. Must include an automated main menu and functional appropriate links in portals.
