Create Zoho Book in sheet linked to inventory
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a mechanical workshop that caters mainly for in house (company owned) vehicles. I am looking for a freelancer who can help me create a Zoho Book in sheet using Creator that is linked to my inventory (already created). The main purpose of this project is to manage my inventory levels effectively and ensure that all data regarding repairs are recorded for future reference.
The actual workflow will be as follows:
1. Vehicle arrives and is booked in using the book in sheet, the car details as well as driver details must be entered as well as the reason for the vehicle being there (drop down list including options such as service, clutch replacement, brakes etc) including any faults that may be entered in manually. This ideally should be via a cellphone or tablet. A job card is then created.
2. A technician is then assigned the job card and proceeds with repairs. He will request parts etc in order to complete the repair.
3. An invoice is then created drawing from inventory and possibly other sources (provision to be made for it via a purchase order) and is sent via email to be captured by the accounts department.
Requirements:
- Experience in working with Zoho Books and inventory management
- Ability to create a customized format or template for the Zoho Book (since I am open to suggestions)
- Strong understanding of financial reports and how they can be generated through Zoho Books
- Familiarity with daily inventory data updates and changes
Skills:
- Proficiency in Zoho Books and inventory management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to organize and track inventory data accurately
- Excellent communication skills to understand my specific requirements and provide regular updates on the project progress
