Comprehensive Order Form Development Using FileMaker Pro -- 2

Build a Order Form using FileMaker Pro App with a centralized database.
1) User Rigths
a) Admin to Administrate Application
b) Customer / Cashier to place order (order form)
c) Each store separate user to get his department order only
d) admin screen to view and print complete order detail
2) Create Separate departments
3) In a single order customer can order items one department only. But in bakery department if the description is cake, lets have a popup to go to cake order form. Then as soon as the cake order form completed, it will return to bakery order form with the total amount with cake order form. Upon completion, print of order of bakery order form with barcode then print of order of cake order form with no barcode needed.
4) Print of order (e mail of specific user optional)
5) On bill scan e mail sent to customer and owner (2 e mail)
1) For product entry form we will define one filed for Product English Name and Second filed for Spanish Name of product, When customer or Cashier find the product it has to select one language from drop down or ratio button
2) Every product when you entry from the Product entry from will also have barcode of it which can be print against every product on bill .
- bakery and cake department are as one department now.

- login account
- account for admin* - user profile for list store information , store number , store tax, store address.
- account for store 1-10. if account for store 1 - for store 1 only.
- management mode button and order mode button
- management mode - list of orders *defualt all orders. then can be filtered to unpaid orders. there is a manual checkbox to be check if already paid or not.
- order mode button proceed to select 6 deparment.
- select 6 department
- then the form should be bakery cake Department order form / meat Department order form / Taqueria form / Produce Department Order Form / grocery department form

-manual input for quantity , and description. upon putting the quantity and description, price will display and total for the amount.
- additional note field [right side of amount.] - * note display under description.
- taqueria deparment is taxable. each store has different tax.
- additional regular field for NOTE for the customer.

- upon finish filling up the form, select done/save. disply 3 prompt.
1 print - print 2 copies.
2. modify - edit or update form.
3. cancel - back to menu.
- printed 2 copies, 1 copy for order taker and 1 copy for the customer.
- generate barcode
- cake order form is not taxable.
- decoration direction in Cake Deparment Order Form is going to change to selected pictures that only one will be selected. this is taxable.
