Build a Filemaker Pro - CRM application for roofing company
Budget: $50 – $125 USD
Would like to create a CRM based Application that would allow us to track roof work we perform for clients. We want to track the customers information, address/locations, insurance agents/insurance companies tied to a roofing inspection and new roof install. We need to track invoices, inspections, installs. We need the ability to create and edit invoices as well provide estimations as well.
We would like to track material as well be that purchases and sales to customers.
We need to have dynamic searching so we can search for a customers name, phone number, address, insurance agent/company.
Need to print to pdf invoices. Need to be able to email estimations to clients, as well email invoices to client.
We would like to integrate the application with either Square or Paypal.
We also would like to integrate with Google or Outlook calendars to set inspection/install calendar entries and tie team members to specific jobs.
We also need to pull data from invoices/inspections/client information and print that out to forms that are uniquely pre formatted.
Number of locations/address are around 18k.
Number of customers are around 14k
Number of insurance reps is close to 800
Number of Insurance companies are 40
Number of employee's is 40
Number of material we user/line items is close to 500
Need to import/pull current data from cvs documents number of records to import is close to 32k lines
