Backup Filemaker Developer required in case of emergency

Like the title describes, the company I am developing for requires a backup filemaker developer in case of emergency or death of the current developer. You will be expected to familiarise yourself with the system if such an emergency did arise and take over the day to day running and development. The system is fairly large and used daily by around 15 staff. If required, you will be paid a fix rate which can be agreed before any work starts. Ideally you will be paid per month of work.
