wood-burning stoves, tiled stoves online store design mock-up
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
We are looking for a good designer who can create a
- desktop
- table
- mobile
design for us.
Our customer has this shop https://shop.kaminprofi24.de/, which is a retailer of wood-burning stoves, tiled stoves, etc. and accessories.
I have already clarified the following
1. He would like to keep his colours, e.g. red/black, as seen in the logo.
2. He likes the AI suggestion in the attachment.
3. However, a summary of all reviews via AI should be shown on the home page. I have attached an example or screenshot from https://de.trustpilot.com/review/c24.de.
The attached AI draft also contains the following AI notes on the layout
1. Proposal for the home page
The modern and trustworthy appearance (inspired by ofen.de)
This draft focuses on a clear, professional structure to create trust and authority. It is reminiscent of the factual and clear presentation often found among competitors and focuses on product expertise.
Important elements home site:
1. Generous hero area: A large, high-quality mood image (e.g. a burning fireplace in a modern living room) with a clear, concise headline and a call to action such as ‘Find the right fireplace now’.
2. USP presentation: Directly below the hero area, an eye-catching bar with the shop's unique selling points (USPs), such as ‘free delivery’, ‘expert advice’ or ‘10-year warranty’.
3. Customer reviews & trust badges: A prominently placed area with the latest customer reviews and trust seals (e.g. Trusted Shops, TÜV certificates). This meets the E-E-A-T requirements of SGE.
4. Category overview: A visual and easy-to-understand overview of the most important product categories (wood-burning stoves, tiled stoves, accessories) with appealing images to quickly guide customers to the desired product group.
5. Advice & expert knowledge: An area for blog articles or advice that demonstrates the shop's expertise. Titles could be: ‘Buying a wood-burning stove: What to look for’ or ‘Heating fireplaces properly’. This content is ideal for SGE optimisation.
6. Featured Products: A section with selected products or current bestsellers.
7. Footer: A clear footer with all important links (imprint, data protection, contact, FAQ) and a prominent search bar.
The design is conceived to meet the requirements of Google's Search Generative Experience (SGE) by focusing on user-centred, trustworthy and well-structured content. You can use these concepts as the basis for a briefing to a web designer or agency.

2. Proposal for the category page
Written draft
The category page serves as a hub to quickly guide customers to the right product. It must be both intuitive to use and convincing in terms of content in order to meet SGE requirements.
Important elements & SGE optimisation:
1. Visual hierarchy: A short, search engine optimised introductory text about the category (e.g. ‘Wood-burning stoves for your home’). This text helps Google understand the context of the page.
2. Clear filter bar: A vertical filter and sort bar on the left-hand side. Important filters such as manufacturer, price range, heat output, shape and material are prominently placed.
3. Clear product overview: The products are displayed in a grid layout. Each tile shows a large, high-quality product image, the name, a short product summary and the price. A ‘Go to product’ or ‘Details’ button is clearly visible.
4. ‘Frequently asked questions’ (FAQs): At the bottom of the page is a drop-down FAQ section. This is used to provide direct answers to frequently asked questions from customers (e.g. ‘How often do I need to clean the chimney?’), which is preferred by SGE algorithms.
Trust signals: Awards such as ‘Test winner’ or ‘Bestseller’ can be displayed above or below the product tiles.
----
3. Proposal for the product detail page
Written draft
The detail page is the heart of the sales process. It must provide comprehensive information, build trust and increase the incentive to buy.
Important elements & SGE optimisation:
1. Product images & 360° view: Multiple, high-resolution images from different angles. In addition, a 360° view that allows the customer to explore the product virtually.
2. Clear headline & short description: The product name and a concise, appealing short description are located directly at the top.
3. Price and call to action: The price is large and clearly visible. The ‘Add to basket’ button is highlighted in colour and remains static on the page when you scroll down.
4. Detailed tabs: The product information is structured in clear tabs:
- Description: Detailed, easy-to-read text about the history and advantages of the product.
- Technical data: A table with all important dimensions and performance data. This data can be stored as structured data using Schema.org.
- Reviews: Customer reviews with star ratings and the option for customers to write their own reviews.
- Downloads: Here, customers can download manuals or installation instructions.
5. Relevant product suggestions: A section with similar products or complementary accessories (e.g. ‘Goes well with:’) to increase the average basket value.
6. Trust elements: A static area with trust seals (Trusted Shops, etc.) that is visible on every page.

I need a good designer who can create a good mock-up.
Please do not send automatic bids with the comment ‘I can do all of this’ without anyone having looked at the task or even understood it.
If the job is done well, then I will continue to work with the designer and we can do even more interesting jobs together.
