Document Upload: Each student will have a list of required documents they need to upload. They can upload the documents one by one.
Status Tracking: After uploading, the document status will be marked as "Pending." Students can track the approval status of each document.
Feedback: If a document is declined, students will receive feedback or corrections from the admin and can resubmit the required documents.
Administrator Functionality:
Student Management: Admins can view a list of all students.
Document Review: Within each student profile, admins can view and download uploaded documents either individually or as a combined file.
Approval Process: Admins can approve or decline documents. If declined, they can provide notes or feedback for corrections.
Status Update: Upon approval or declination, the status will be updated in the student's profile, indicating if the document is approved or if resubmission is required.
