WordPress Website (Design Finalization + Gutenberg Implementation) for Advisory Boutique

We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer/designer to build a professional website for a boutique advisory firm.
Design Goal
The overall design goal is a clean, understated and institutional look typical for boutique advisory and investment firms. The website should convey credibility, clarity and professionalism, avoiding overly promotional or “startup-style” design elements. Inspiration should be taken from high-quality consulting, restructuring or investment advisory websites with strong typography, balanced whitespace and a restrained color palette.
Scope
> Finalize visual design based on wireframe, design brief and Figma draft
> Select pictures for homepage
> Implement website in WordPress (Gutenberg block editor – no Elementor)
> 5 pages in two languages: Home, Restructuring, Investment, Insights, Legal
> Upload and format all provided content
> Implement modal contact form with: required field validation (client + server); accessible modal behavior (focus handling, keyboard navigation); confirmation message / autoresponder
> Basic SEO setup (meta titles, descriptions, sitemap)
> Google Analytics 4 (GA4) integration
> Cookie banner implementation
> Responsive design (desktop / tablet / mobile)
> Performance optimization (clean, fast-loading pages)
> Deployment to hosting environment
