We are looking for a talented and ambitious Figma designer to be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our flagship product. We are looking for a Figma Designer who possesses:
Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of Figma design principles with a demonstrable track record of at least 2000 hours of hands-on experience. We may consider designers with 1000+ hours if they are students or recent graduates with a compelling portfolio.
Design Philosophy: A strong understanding and embrace of modern Bauhaus design philosophy – emphasizing functionality, clean aesthetics, and timeless design.
Professional Context: An understanding of or a keen interest in learning about the corporate environment and designing solutions that cater to professional users.
Professional Demeanour: A professional demeanor and a conservative outlook in their communication and work ethic. We value respectful and professional interactions and expect designers to refrain from using profanity in their daily communication.
Integrity: A commitment to being truthful and honest in all interactions.
Startup Mindset: Understanding that as an initial startup without VC funding, this opportunity may not align with design shops that require a consistent and high volume of work.
The Opportunity:
i) You will be responsible for the initial Figma design of Dojiql's flagship product – a modern AI-powered business operating system tailored for medium-sized corporate clients. This is a chance to define the visual language and user interface of a potentially transformative platform.
ii) The initial engagement for this project is capped at $250 - $500 USD. This reflects our current financial constraints as a self-funded startup. This is an investment in finding the right long-term partner.
