I need a modern and intuitive Figma UI/UX design for a multi-step form. The form is aimed at visitors who want to request a visit to a company and should incorporate variable 18 fields based on options.
Requirements:
- Create 2 distinct versions to choose from.
- Should match current website Identity including colors and fonts, enhance if required.
- Modern and visually appealing design, anything else will not be accepted.
- Intuitive User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) with success/focus/hover/error states.
- The form needs to be split into multiple steps (if required for better UX) due to the number of fields
- Success Email Message Modern Design.
- Most be responsive, provide Desktop/iPad/Mobile versions.
- Incorporate 18 fields in total, including but not limited to:
- Name and contact details
- Date and time preferences
- Reason for visit
- Will share full details after award
