Ultra-Premium Real Estate Ecosystem Prototype

Job ID: 40487308

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

Product Design Brief: Multi-Subsidiary Real Estate Ecosystem (PoC)
1. Project Overview & Objective
We are a premier holding company with a diversified real estate portfolio spanning Residential (villas/apartments), Commercial (offices), and Retail (malls/storefronts).
The objective of this project is to build a high-fidelity, clickable interactive prototype (Figma preferred) for an internal Board of Directors presentation to secure funding. The design must look ultra-premium, modern, and demonstrate the seamless strategic cross-selling potential between our subsidiaries.
Target Audience for App: High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), Corporate Real Estate Directors, and retail business owners.
Target Audience for Prototype: The Executive Board / Investors.
Core Goal: Deliver a "Wow Factor" presentation through a flawless, simulated user journey.
2. Key Design & Branding Requirements
Visual Identity: The app must feel cohesive under the overarching Holding Company brand, but use subtle UI shifts (color accents, typography weights, or imagery styles) to distinguish between B2B Corporate, Retail, and B2C Residential modes.
Assets: Use high-end, realistic architectural photography and realistic data (no "Lorem Ipsum" or generic placeholders).
Interactions: High-fidelity animations, micro-interactions, and smooth transitions are mandatory to simulate a fully coded app.
3. Detailed Scope of Work: The 5-Screen Pitch Flow
The prototype must follow a specific user narrative: An executive managing their corporate office, exploring retail expansions, and looking for a personal luxury apartment.
Screen 1: The Unified Gateway (Ecosystem Home)
Objective: Establish the holding company's scale and unified entry point.
Required Elements:
Premium header with Holding Company branding and a personalized greeting: "Welcome back, [User Name]".
The Hub: 3 large, visually striking interactive cards: Commercial Offices, Retail Spaces, and Residential Homes.
Global Search Bar: A prominent search engine spanning all asset types.
Quick-View Widget: A brief summary dashboard showing active statuses (e.g., "1 Active Lease", "2 Pending Inquiries").
Screen 2: Commercial Asset Class (The B2B Office View)
Objective: Show deep functionality for enterprise corporate clients.
Required Elements:
Clean, data-driven layout highlighting corporate metrics (Square meters, parking ratios, shell-and-core vs. fitted options).
Interactive floor plan asset placeholder.
Primary B2B Action Buttons: "Download Prospectus" and a high-contrast CTA for "Schedule Site Visit with Account Manager".
Screen 3: The Cross-Sell Moment (The Retail Opportunity)
Objective: The crucial "Aha!" moment showing how the app drives revenue across sister companies.
Required Elements:
A dynamic, intelligent recommendation banner integrated directly into the office view.
Banner Text: "Expanding your business? View premium retail spaces available in this district."
Transition: Clicking this must smoothly transition the user to a premium Retail Listing page featuring business-specific analytics (e.g., foot-traffic metrics, nearby demographics).
Screen 4: The Lifestyle Shift (The Residential Portal)
Objective: Show the app's capability to switch to a warm, lifestyle-oriented consumer experience.
Required Elements:
A dramatic shift to high-end lifestyle imagery (luxury amenities, pools, concierge views).
Toggle selectors for "Buy" vs. "Rent".
A clean, interactive booking calendar widget to "Reserve Unit" or "Schedule a Private Viewing".
Screen 5: The Ecosystem Dashboard (The Retention Tool)
Objective: Prove the long-term operational efficiency and customer stickiness to the board.
Required Elements:
A consolidated financial ledger displaying multiple active accounts on one screen:
Commercial: Office Lease Invoice (Status: Overdue/Pay Now)
Retail: Storefront Fit-out Timeline (Status: 65% Complete)
Residential: Apartment Maintenance Request (Status: Resolved)
Ecosystem Loyalty Badge: A premium "Platinum Member" status card showing cross-subsidiary perks (e.g., "You are saving 5% on residential rent because you lease commercial space with us").
4. Deliverables & Timeline
Phase 1 (Wireframes): Low-fidelity structure of the 5 screens to align on the user flow (Expected: 3-5 days).
Phase 2 (High-Fidelity UI): Complete visual design with final assets and corporate branding applied (Expected: 5-7 days).
Phase 3 (Clickable Prototype): Fully interactive, animated prototype linking the 5 screens together seamlessly for a live presentation (Expected: 3 days).
5. Designer Selection Criteria (For Your Evaluation)
When reviewing applicants, prioritize designers who can provide:
1 A portfolio demonstrating complex B2B or Enterprise Dashboards (not just simple landing pages).
2 Prior experience in PropTech (Property Technology) or FinTech.
3 Advanced expertise in Figma interactive prototyping (smart animates, variables, and components).
