Sample Wireframe: Figma Review, Editing

I am seeking a freelancer to review an existing wireframe and provide guidance on how to optimize the design aesthetics and UX. The purpose of the wireframe is to create an intuitive user interface for an app or website that represents a landing page where reports from different departments are listed. The freelancer needs to help improve layout, user experience, overall design aesthetics of the existing wireframe and confirm that the Figma connectors are working. Experience in Figma and UI design is required. I'm ready to start this project as soon as possible and hope to finalize it early this week. I anticipate it will take no more than 3 hours to edit what is there and look forward to working with you!
