Revise Project Milestone Structure

I reviewed your milestone structure again, and I want to explain my position clearly so we can move forward smoothly.
Right now, Milestone 1 feels too light compared to the remaining milestones.

It requires a 25% payment, but the deliverables are not tangible enough for me to evaluate the real progress.
For a fair and balanced structure on both sides, Milestone 1 must include visible and verifiable work, such as:

Milestone 1 (25%) — Required Deliverables
* Full UI/UX design in Figma (all main screens and flows)
* Firebase project setup
* Google Login test working in staging (simple verification is fine)
* Backend/Node.js folder structure + core database models
* User profiles + group structures defined in database
* Basic Admin panel structure (even just the layout)
This does not require full functional development yet.
But I need something visual and foundational to confirm:
* The design direction
* The actual architecture
* The technical readiness
This makes the milestone balanced and meaningful.
I’m happy to continue with the 25% for Milestone 1, as long as the deliverables are substantial and clearly visible.
Please let me know if you can adjust Milestone 1 in this way so the workload is more evenly divided across all milestones.
