Responsive Modern Web Page Build

I have a finished visual layout for a single-page site and I now need it turned into clean, production-ready code. You will receive either the reference image or a full Figma file (just let me know which you prefer) and your task is to translate that design into a responsive HTML5, CSS and vanilla JavaScript implementation that looks and behaves exactly like the mock-up on desktop, tablet and mobile screens. The style is intentionally modern, so please keep the markup semantic, the typography crisp and the spacing consistent with the design grid.

Performance is a priority: the page must load quickly and the final assets should remain lightweight—minified CSS/JS, compressed images and no unused libraries. If an interaction can be achieved with just CSS, choose that over extra JavaScript.

Deliverables
• index.html built with semantic HTML5
• styles.css (or SCSS if you prefer and export the final CSS)
• script.js containing only the functionality required by the design
• Any asset folder(s) and a short README with build or setup notes

Before hand-off, I’ll run the page through browser or Lighthouse to confirm fast loading and minimal unused code; once it meets those checks and mirrors the provided design at all common breakpoints, the project is complete.
