UX Redesign for Insurance Website

Job ID: 39730557

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need to make our financial-insurance platform feel effortless when a customer seals a deal. Your mission starts with a quick but thorough look at direct competitors—zeroing in on their check-out or deal-closing flows—to pull out the patterns that genuinely move users across the finish line.

From there, you’ll redesign roughly 10–15 of our highest-traffic screens in Figma, streamlining navigation for first-time visitors while respecting our existing colour palette, typography, and component library. The single success metric is a noticeable lift in conversion rate; every design choice should point toward that goal.

I value clear, rapid communication. I’m available for same-day feedback and expect the same responsiveness so we can iterate fast. Experience in financial or insurance UX is a strong advantage because you’ll already understand quote-to-bind complexity, data-heavy forms, and the compliance nuances baked into this sector.

Deliverables
• Competitive analysis summary focused on the deal-closing journey
• Low- to high-fidelity Figma designs for 10–15 screens, fully aligned with our brand system
• Updated user-flow diagram showcasing the streamlined path to “deal locked”
• Concise recommendation sheet outlining further UX improvements beyond this sprint

I’ll sign off once I can drop your Figma pages into a prototype, test with naïve users, and watch them complete a deal without friction. Let’s create an experience that converts.
