Redesign of Psychotherapy Group Practice Website (Figma UX/UI Project)
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
Project Title
Redesign of Psychotherapy Group Practice Website (UX/UI – Figma)
Client
Seasons Psychotherapy – A Florida-based mental health practice with four physical locations and a virtual telehealth option.
Project Overview
We’re a compassionate therapy practice serving individuals, couples, and families across Florida. Our existing website needs a thoughtful redesign that reflects our brand: warm, minimalist, and trustworthy. The site should feel calming and intuitive—especially for first-time visitors seeking mental health support. Navigation should be seamless, and the pathways to book appointments or contact us should be crystal clear.
Goals
- Deliver a clean, minimalist design using soft therapeutic tones, white space, and purposeful visuals.
- Guide users clearly to services, team bios, locations (including telehealth), and booking.
- Drive action with user-friendly calls-to-action for appointments and inquiries.
- Retain and subtly refine our existing logo and visual identity.
- Follow accessibility best practices and ensure excellent performance on all devices.
Target Audience
- Primary: Florida residents seeking therapy—often first-time clients looking for calm, clarity, and professionalism.
- Secondary: Mental health professionals exploring job opportunities.
Key Needs:
- Find a clinician
- Verify insurance participation
- Access location info (including telehealth)
- Book an appointment or consultation
Core Features
- Appointment booking via embedded Typeform or click-to-call
- Filterable clinician directory by specialty, language, and location
- Clear information about accepted insurance and office locations (4 physical + telehealth)
Scope of Work
- Content: Retain most existing written content, with light refinements for tone, clarity, and flow.
- Visuals: Refresh all imagery and icons to match the new aesthetic. Favor authentic team/location photos over stock photography.
Pages to Redesign
1. Homepage – Introduce the practice, highlight core services, locations, and telehealth; include booking CTA and insurance logos.
2. Services – Overview of offerings with links to dedicated service pages.
3. Service Landing Page Template – Reusable layout (e.g., “Couples Therapy”) with service description, FAQs, and clinician cards.
4. Team – Searchable, filterable clinician directory (by name, location, language, services) displayed in a card layout.
5. Clinician Profile Page Template – Individual profile with photo, bio, services, locations, and languages.
6. Locations – Overview of all offices and telehealth option, with basic contact info and links to sub-pages.
7. Location Page Template – Reusable layout per location, including address, phone, hours, photo gallery, Google Maps embed, reviews, and clinician cards.
8. Contact – Simple layout with embedded Typeform and click-to-call options.
9. Careers – Practice overview and embedded BambooHR job listings.
