Rebuild BauGrid Sales Magazine Design

I have an 8-page A4 sales magazine for my construction SaaS platform (BauGrid, German market). The current PDF was generated as flat images and I need it rebuilt as a fully editable design file.
What I need:

Recreate all 8 pages exactly as the reference PDF (attached)
Deliver as native InDesign (.indd) OR Figma file with all layers, text, and elements editable
Use proper text layers (not images of text)
All icons recreated as vectors or use matching free icon library (Lucide, Phosphor, or similar)
Photos: I will provide replacement images, OR you can use stock images that match the mood
Brand colors: #0A2540 navy, #FF6B35 orange, white
Typography: serif headline (Playfair Display, Cormorant, or similar free Google Font), sans-serif body (Inter or similar)
Final delivery: editable source file + print-ready PDF (CMYK, 3mm bleed) + web PDF (RGB, optimized)

What I will provide:

Reference PDF (the current magazine)
Logo files (SVG, PNG)
Any specific photos I want included

Skills required:

InDesign OR Figma expert
Magazine / editorial layout experience
Attention to detail
Clean typography skills
