Prototype Web App for Workflow and Revenue Estimation
Budget: €30 – €80 EUR
We are a team of junior marketing consultants at a consulting firm, seeking an experienced professional to create a prototype web application designed to evaluate and forecast revenues and profitability for strategic consulting and IT development projects.
If you have experience in web app development and data visualization, we would be eager to collaborate on a project aimed at optimizing, simplifying, and automating the assessment of project economic feasibility. The app should be completed within a 10-day timeline and must remain intuitive, easy to navigate and user-friendly.
The web app will be following a 3-step sequential process:
A) Estimation of project workdays: create an algorithm that estimates the number of workdays based on the following three elements: AS-IS assessment, design target model and IT development.
B) Evaluation and selection of best consultant for the project and related cost visualization: create an algorithm that identifies the consultant that is most suitable for the project based on availability, project typology, degree of experience, costs (taken from our internal database). Insert graphs for comparison.
C) Simulation of project sales price: gauge the profitability of each project based on sales price (that will be inserted manually) and elements of the previous steps (i.e. consultants and related costs, workdays). Insert what-if scenario (with graphs).
The web app should also display an additional section with a dashboard for a visual overview of similar projects and alert notifications (about missed deadlines, budget overruns and so on).
