Printable & Editable Non-Fiction Book Layout

I have a completed manuscript that now needs to be laid out as a non-fiction book designed for easy reading. I would like the entire project built in Figma so I can tweak text or imagery later, but the final files also need to be press-ready for my chosen printer (CMYK PDF with bleeds and crop marks).

Core elements to work into the design are a clear, clickable table of contents and space for images or diagrams throughout the chapters. The visual style should stay clean and uncluttered—think generous margins, legible headings and a comfortable line length that invites readers to move through the material without fatigue.

Deliverables
• Fully organised Figma file with master pages, text styles and image placeholders
• High-resolution, print-ready PDF exported from that file (correct page trim, bleeds and embedded fonts)
• Font list and any asset links so I can repackage or update the document myself later
