I have a finished Figma design that must be translated into clean, hand-written HTML and CSS while staying visually identical to every pixel of the original artwork. Precision is top priority; the completed pages should match the Figma file exactly and scale gracefully on desktops, tablets, and phones without relying on frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind.

Code needs to be well-structured, semantic, and easy to maintain, with any reusable components clearly commented. Please optimise assets, keep file sizes reasonable, and double-check cross-browser consistency before delivery.
