Pixel-Perfect Figma HTML Conversion (One page)

I have a finished Figma design that needs to be translated into a single, fully responsive web page built with clean HTML, modular SCSS / CSS, and lightweight JavaScript—absolutely no page-builder frameworks or bloated code. The goal is a faithful, pixel-perfect match to the design, including typography, spacing, and every hover state.

You’re free to work in vanilla JavaScript; the design only calls for a handful of micro-interactions (menu toggle, smooth scrolling, basic reveal-on-scroll). Please keep the script footprint light and avoid unnecessary dependencies.

Deliverables
• Well-structured HTML5 file with semantic tags
• SCSS/CSS organised in components or BEM style, compiled and minified
• A single JS file handling the interactions, commented for clarity
• Assets optimised and linked correctly
• A quick README noting build steps or npm scripts, if any

I will supply the Figma link and exportable assets as soon as we start. Once you hand off the files, I’ll run a quick review in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge at common breakpoints. If everything matches and passes Lighthouse for performance and accessibility, we’re done—otherwise I’ll send concise notes for one round of tweaks.
