Picture-Based Mockup for Testing

I have a single reference photo and need it translated into a clear, polished mockup that I can put in front of test users. The original image captures the overall look and feel, but I still need a proper layout file—complete with consistent typography, colours and spacing—so I can run usability sessions and gather feedback.

You’re free to decide whether the design should be set up as a web page, mobile screen, or other format; we’ll confirm that together once you’ve seen the picture and the testing scenario I’m aiming for. What matters most is that the end result is realistic enough for user testing, preferably delivered as a layered file (Figma, Sketch or Photoshop) with clickable or scrollable areas if the tool supports it.
