Phase 2 – Figma UI/UX Design for us app (Ecuador Electronic Invoicing App)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are hiring for Phase 2 of our invoicing app , a mobile-first application designed for micro-entrepreneurs in Ecuador.
The goal of this phase is to complete and update the existing screens with all SRI-required fields and design the additional screens needed for a fully functional electronic invoicing MVP.
This phase is design-only (Figma).
Development will be supervised by our CTO after the design is completed.
We already have the full scope and UX Vision ready and approved.
Your task is to implement this scope exactly as described below.
Scope of Work (Final, Approved)
1. Update existing screens with all mandatory SRI fields
Customer Management (RUC, Cedula, Passport, validations)
Product/Service Management (IVA 12%, 0%, Exento, Not Subject; code; price)
Company Profile / Settings
Business data (RUC, trade name, address, etc.)
Upload company logo
Upload electronic signature (.P12/.PFX)
Signature password modal
Establishment & emission point
2. Add the following new screens
Invoice List
Invoice Detail
Invoice Annulment
Signature Modal (for digital certificate password)
3. Update the Create Invoice screen
Select or search customer by ID
Add one or multiple products
Automatic IVA/tax calculations (Subtotal 12%, 0%, exento, not subject)
Total breakdown following Ecuador SRI rules
Payment methods (multi-method)
Additional information fields
Buttons: “Save without signing” and “Sign & Send to SRI”
4. PDF-style invoice preview (Figma mockup)
Structured following SRI XML layout
Placeholder for access key and authorization number
5. Validations (design only)
Cedula = 10 digits
RUC = 13 digits
Required fields marked with *
“Create Invoice” button disabled until complete

Once the screens and structure are ready, we will send you all the exact text labels (in Spanish) so you can simply copy/paste them into the design to ensure consistency.
We maintain clear communication and fast feedback throughout the process.
