Ongoing YouTube Thumbnail Design

I release new educational videos several times a week and need a reliable designer who can consistently craft minimalistic thumbnails that still grab attention in crowded feeds. My audience values clarity over flash, so each image should keep the focus on a concise text overlay and a clean icon or symbol that hints at the lesson inside the video.

Here’s how our workflow will look: as soon as I finish a script I’ll send you the key phrase, brand colors, and any supporting visuals. Within 24 hours I’ll need a 1280 × 720 PNG plus the layered source file (Photoshop, Figma, or Canva are all fine). I’m aiming for three to five thumbnails each week, so reliability and a unified style across the channel matter more to me than wild experimentation.
