Ongoing Shopify Theme Customization

im looking for a freelancer who can help me with buidling custom sections (liquid).
We have them working but they need css style adjustments. They are build and work but the design is not pixel perfect.
We have the designs ready in figma.
We have the code working but it requires cleaning up and polishing work to make it look pixel perfect on desktop, mobile and tabled.
Designs are simple (see attached)
Work can start tomorrow.
Serious experience with Liquid and shopify 2.0 templates is required.
No time for trial and error.
