Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Location: Remote (Worldwide)
The ideal candidate will work closely with our CEO to create an engaging and intuitive user interface for our web-based platform. This role requires proficiency in Figma and a strong ability to transform our feature list into an accessible, user-friendly design.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate the product vision and features list into wireframes, user flows, process flows, and visual designs in Figma.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Collaborate with the CEO to refine and finalize designs.
Effectively communicate design ideas and principles.
Qualifications:
Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio, preferably in marketplace or e-commerce platforms.
Proficiency in Figma.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Excellent communication skills - you should be able to clearly articulate your design decisions.
Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligibly.
