What I need
Recreate a one page “Udlejningsbudget” that looks like a clean, modern Excel report. It must be editable and show totals for two years. It should include the blocks Owner, Kapacitet, Udlejningsbudget, Sæsonpriser with seasons A to H and M, Hustype og beliggenhed, Kontakt.

Uger equals sum of weeks per year
Forventet lejeindtægt equals sumproduct of weeks times price per season per year
Use realistic placeholder numbers so I can see that the calculations work
