Mobile App UX Enhancement

I’ve built a fully-functioning mobile app, but the interface and overall flow no longer feel as intuitive as they should. My primary goal now is to improve the user experience so every screen, gesture, and micro-interaction feels effortless and consistent.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A critical review of the current Android and iOS builds (Figma files and live test versions are ready for hand-off).
• Wireframes or low-fidelity sketches that solve any pain points you identify.
• A polished, development-ready UI kit—complete with typography, colour, and component specs—so my dev team can slot the new designs straight in.
• A short hand-over document outlining interaction guidelines and states, ensuring the final build mirrors the agreed vision.

Acceptance criteria
• Navigation is reduced to no more than three taps to reach any core feature.
• All screens comply with native platform accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1 AA).
• I can import your Figma or Sketch file and inspect every layer without missing assets.
