Minimalist One-Page Figma Mockup

I’m putting together the public face of my web-design studio, Kumar Designs, and I only need the visual blueprint. Please create a clean, one-scroll Figma mockup (no WordPress build) that ships with every asset—styles, components, SVG/PNG exports, even the favicon—ready for hand-off to a developer.

Scope of the page
• Sections: Home, About, Pricing, Portfolio, Contact (anchored navigation, single URL).
• Look & feel: minimal, mostly dark palette; Ubuntu is a nice touch but any legible typeface that complements the style is fine.
• Accents: use tasteful illustrations or icons to bring each section to life—nothing too busy, everything consistent in weight and colour treatment.
• Smooth layout rhythm that guides the eye downward; you’re free to introduce subtle parallax or fade-in reveals if it helps the story, but keep performance in mind.

Deliverable
A Figma file shared via link, with:
– Page frame at 1440 px width plus mobile artboards.
– Organised layers, reusable components, colour & text styles.
– Export-ready assets (SVG for icons, optimised images for portfolio placeholders).
– Notes on spacing, grid, and any micro-interaction cues for the developer.

I don’t have reference sites to copy, so feel free to explore bold typographic hero sections, generous whitespace, or any other concept that stays true to a modern, understated aesthetic. I’ll review, request tweaks if needed, then sign off once the file is tidy and hand-off-ready.
