I am seeking a skilled professional to assist with the process design for implementing Microsoft Planetary Computers for Urban Planners. The main goal of this project is to streamline planning processes and enhance collaboration among planners.

Specifically, I am looking for the following features and functionalities in the Microsoft Planetary Computers:
- Real-time collaboration capabilities to facilitate seamless communication and teamwork among planners
- Advanced data visualization tools to enhance data analysis capabilities and support informed decision-making
- Automated planning algorithms to optimize the planning process and improve efficiency

This is a new implementation project, meaning there is no existing process in place that needs to be replaced.

Requirements below:

Home Screen: The home screen will be a navigation hub, guiding users to different functionalities based on the workflow stages. The functions could include: "Data Collection," "Plan Design," "Simulation," "Impact Analysis," "Collaboration," and "Settings."

Data Selection Screen (Research and Data Collection): Urban planners can select geographic areas of interest and choose the relevant data layers (land use, population density, climate data, etc.). With MPC, they can access a massive amount of global environmental data, which could be displayed as options for selection here.

Data Analysis Screen (Goal Setting, Plan Development, and Plan Revision): This is where MPC's tools for processing and visualizing data come into play. Planners can analyze different data sets (selected in the previous step), set goals based on these analyses, and develop and revise plans. They can also switch between different analysis tools or models here.

Reporting/Visualization Screen (Stakeholder Consultation and Public Participation): After processing and analyzing the data, urban planners need to interpret and present the results. MPC's visualization tools can help create understandable graphics, charts, or maps. These visuals can be shown here for users to review and prepare for presentations or meetings.

Simulation Screen (Simulation and Impact Analysis): This screen can allow urban planners to use MPC's advanced analytics to run simulations predicting the impacts of their plans (e.g., environmental effects, population changes). Users can adjust different parameters to run multiple scenarios.

Collaboration/ Sharing Screen (Stakeholder Consultation and Public Participation): Urban planners can share their findings, visuals, or simulations with others for collaborative decision-making. This screen can also include features to export data or visualizations, or share them via email or cloud storage.

Settings/Profile Screen: This screen can allow the user to customize their experience, set preferences related to data visualization, manage their account, and adjust privacy settings.
