Interactive Accordion

I cannot get the text to move down like it should with the ease in and out smart animation. You'll see my component variable and the frame Line 1, Fare Savings Add and Line 3 which should slide down, but instead it is lost behind the Open variant.
Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
