HubSpot Automation & Figma Mapping
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I’m ready to roll out a full-funnel marketing automation program in HubSpot and I need someone who can take it from blank canvas to go-live. All three of my key stakeholder groups—Marketing, Sales, and Product—will use the flows you build, so clarity, scalability, and clean reporting matter.
Scope of work
• Map every lifecycle flow in Figma, including triggers, logic, segments, and decision branches, until the diagrams are crystal-clear and approved.
• Recommend a channel mix (email, pop-ups, ad retargeting, SMS if it makes sense) and outline copy concepts for each touchpoint; I’ll refine the language after your framework lands.
• Configure HubSpot from the ground up: lists, custom properties, pipeline stages, email and form templates, plus a scheduling tool embed so prospects can book calls without friction.
• Translate the approved Figma maps into live HubSpot workflows with proper segmentation, triggers, branching, delays, and default fallbacks.
• Run end-to-end QA, fix anything that breaks, secure my sign-off, and then take everything live.
• Build a dashboard that tracks lead-to-deal progression so Marketing, Sales, and Product can each slice the numbers they care about.
Acceptance criteria
1. All flows mirror the signed-off Figma diagrams.
2. Emails, pop-ups, and forms render correctly on major devices and clients.
3. Workflows fire only on the intended segments; no data leakage between stages.
4. Dashboard surfaces conversion, velocity, and attribution metrics in real time.
If you’ve shipped complex, multi-branch automations in HubSpot before—and you’re comfortable jumping between Figma, email best practices, and CRM configuration—let’s talk.
