[HIRING] Motion Graphics Storyboard Designers | Full-time EST

Job ID: 40296154

Budget: $3,000 – $6,000 USD

Role Overview
We are looking for a Storyboard Designer for Motion Graphics with an exceptional eye for layout and narrative flow. You will be responsible for creating the visual blueprints for our motion graphics and animation teams. Your job isn't just to make things look good; it’s to dictate the "how" and "why" of a viewer's experience before a single frame is animated.

What You’ll Do
- Conceptualize Sequences: Translate creative briefs into high-fidelity, frame-by-frame storyboards across a variety of brand styles and campaign types.
- Design for Motion: Build static compositions that clearly communicate depth, transitions, and focal points to the animation team.
- Maintain Visual Excellence: Ensure every board meets our high standards for "taste" - focusing on sophisticated typography, balanced grids, and purposeful color usage.
- Figma Workflow: Organize and structure design files (layers, components, and naming) to ensure a seamless hand-off for production.

The Ideal Candidate
- Versatile Aesthetic: You don't have just one "style." You can design for high-end luxury one day and high-energy tech or minimalist corporate the next.
- Storytelling Instincts: You understand pacing. You know when a frame needs to be dense with information and when it needs room to breathe.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Figma are a must. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) is a strong plus for asset creation.
- Collaborative Mindset: You enjoy the "middle" of the creative process - taking a rough idea and turning it into a polished map for others to follow.

Key Requirements
- Deep understanding of visual hierarchy and accessibility.
- Ability to work fast and iterate based on feedback without losing the core design vision.
