Graphic Design for Premium A5 Booklet

Hi,

I'm looking for an experienced graphic designer to create a premium A5 booklet (4 pages) for my startup, StreetBuzz.

StreetBuzz is a modern hyperlocal social media and community platform. Our mission is Connecting Communities Through Technology, and our tagline is Curated Community Content.

The booklet will be distributed at local markets and community events to encourage people to download the app. I want it to feel like something Apple, Airbnb or Uber would produce—not a traditional brochure or council flyer.

The design should be premium, modern, minimal and technology-focused, using only black, white and StreetBuzz yellow.

I'll provide all core assets, including:

Official logos
Phone mockups
App screenshots
Community photos
Proximity map
QR codes
App Store & Google Play badges
Brand colours

Please use these assets exactly as supplied. Do not recreate or redesign the app UI, logos or imagery.

This project is more than brochure layout. I'm looking for someone confident in Figma (preferred) or Adobe Illustrator who can create original marketing graphics and improve the overall presentation. You'll likely need to create hero compositions, infographics, information flow diagrams, page layouts and supporting graphics that match the StreetBuzz brand. I'll provide a concept booklet showing the overall direction, but I want you to improve it with stronger composition, typography, hierarchy and visual storytelling—not simply copy it.

The booklet will include:

Page 1: Premium front cover introducing StreetBuzz with supplied phone mockups, proximity map, headline and download QR code.

Page 2: Explain how community information is fragmented across Facebook groups, WhatsApp chats, emergency services, mainstream media, radio and word of mouth before introducing StreetBuzz as the solution.

Page 3: Showcase our four pillars using supplied photos:

Crime Alerts
Public Safety
Lost, Found & Stolen
Community Wins

Page 4: Vision, download QR code, App Store & Google Play badges, website and a second QR code linking to our flagship promotional video.

Deliverables:

Editable Figma file (preferred) or Adobe Illustrator (.AI)
Print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 DPI with bleed)
All newly created graphics as editable vectors

Please include examples of premium brochures, editorial layouts or startup marketing material you've designed. Strong branding, typography and layout skills are essential.
