Job Title: Figma-to-HTML Developer & WhatsApp/Twilio Webhook Specialist (Bacolod / Negros Occidental Only)
Project Description:
We are a newly established Australian premium B2B fine art production layer launching a highly specialized, museum-grade technical printing service targeting an established creative niche market across Australia and New Zealand. We are seeking an exceptional, tech-savvy Full-Stack Digital VA and Web Developer based exclusively in Bacolod City or Negros Occidental for an immediate Phase 1 infrastructure project.
This is a trial project with an exceptional long-term hook.
If you deliver pristine technical results on this initial setup, show structural logic, and exhibit flawless attention to detail, you will be fast-tracked into a permanent, highly stable Virtual Assistant (VA) and Tech Webmaster role for the entire venture.
To protect our intellectual property, our new business name, historical brand operations, and current domain credentials will remain strictly confidential and will only be disclosed to the selected candidate upon project award and execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Immediate Phase 1 Deliverables ($200 AUD Total Budget / Milestone Structure):
1. Platform Handle Lockdown ($50 AUD Milestone): Secure and configure the exact matching brand handle across 8 core platforms using our custom business domain email: Facebook (Business Page), X/Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn (Company Page), and WhatsApp Business. Create a robust, high-end minimalist logo wordmark and visual identity kit (no generic templates, flowers, or candles) optimized for each platform's geometry.
2. Figma Landing Page & Automation Setup ($150 AUD Milestone): Design a bespoke, grid-symmetric registration landing page layout in Figma. Once approved, deploy it as a lightning-fast, static HTML/CSS/JS or clean Tailwind site onto our custom VentraIP cPanel server.
The Tech Stack / Messaging Automation Hack:
The landing page captures 7 critical business fields (including conditional logic: if "Do you print in-house?" = YES, it must dynamically explode into a print-width radio selection array). The core requirement is to code a background webhook that grabs the input data, formats the 10-digit Australian mobile number with a +61 prefix, writes it to a local MySQL database, and simultaneously fires an instant, personalized Meta Cloud/Twilio WhatsApp Marketing Template Message to the subscriber. This incoming chat must route directly into our centralized desktop messaging suite (ManyChat).
Immediate Subsequent Pipeline Tasks (Phase 2 & 3):
• Executing a complete cosmetic visual and responsive layout "reskin" of an existing, live WordPress website asset we currently host on our new domain.
• Overhauling our secondary corporate LinkedIn company presence to align seamlessly with the new rollout.
• Stepping into a long-term daily operational VA role managing customer support, pricing queries, and data segmentation through the ManyChat desktop live chat portal.
Requirements:
• Must reside in Bacolod City or Negros Occidental (Graduates from USLS or Colegio San Agustin holding degrees in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics & Communications Engineering are highly preferred).
• Native proficiency in Figma prototyping and clean, raw front-end coding (HTML/CSS/JS/Tailwind). Canva-only designers will not be considered.
• Direct experience managing cPanel environments, MySQL databases, and configuring automated API webhooks.
• Flawless data security hygiene and clear, highly professional written English.
