About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned UX Designer with 8–10 years of experience to lead the interaction design and user journey for a high-profile, innovative technology demonstrator. This project involves designing a seamless, multi-modal experience that bridges custom hardware interfaces and dynamic digital environments.
The ideal candidate will excel at transforming complex system interactions into intuitive, engaging, and user-centered flows for a controlled demonstration setting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design end-to-end user journeys and interaction models for a multi-scene, technology-driven experience.
2. Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for custom controller interfaces (e.g., tablet-based applications).
3. Define clear interaction patterns, feedback mechanisms, and navigation logic across various user roles and triggers.
4. Collaborate closely with developers, visual designers, and hardware engineers to ensure design feasibility and cohesive execution.
5. Advocate for usability and clarity within a technically constrained, real-time environment.
6. Participate in stakeholder reviews, iterative design cycles, and collaborative workshops.
7. Provide detailed UX documentation and guidance to support cross-functional team alignment.
Qualifications & Experience
1. 8–10 years of professional UX/Interaction Design experience.
2. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing for complex systems, interactive installations, or multi-screen environments.
3. Proficiency in journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
4. Experience designing for integrated hardware/software systems or IoT products.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Background in aviation, automotive, luxury, or experiential marketing is a significant advantage.
7. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven project environment.
